Backported eqCy’s font processing/rendering system to Besti 9. eqCy’s font renderer is significantly faster, and it’s also able to make much better looking fonts.
Upgraded all fonts and needed scripting on the startup sequence.
Upgraded all fonts and needed scripting in the main menu.
Upgraded all fonts and needed scripting in the friend creator.
Upgraded all fonts and needed scripting in the in-game menu.
Fixed an issue in the friend creator that could cause the name of a custom texture to overflow beyond the boundaries of the button if the name of the texture is especially long.
Fixed minor graphical issues with a few of the friend creator menu layouts.
Changed some of the words in the friend creator to improve clarity.
Fixed the 80s Canyon startup menu art assets bug.
Fixed a menuing bug in the main menu that caused tooltips to not pop up sometimes on the first save slot.
Graphics in the settings UI have been improved to increase the clarity of what does what.
Made some minor changes in the in-game menu to improve performance.
