Friend arousal sensitivity can now be adjusted in the menus. A lower number means they are less sensitive and will require more stimulation to orgasm. Conversely, a higher number means they are more sensitive and will orgasm faster. A value of 1 is the normal amount of arousal sensitivity.(Feature request)
Arousal of friends can be held in place if you hold down the V button on the keyboard or Mouse Button 3 (one of the side buttons on your mouse if you have those.) Arousal will continue to accumulate in the background, so if you stimulate a friend to orgasm while holding this button down, he or she will orgasm immediately upon releasing the button. If you want a friend to orgasm while while you are having an orgasm, this is a good way to do that. This may cause friends to orgasm at inappropriate times or discharge semen in weird ways if they’re unerect males or herms. (Feature request)

Herms now ovulate on a lunar cycle like females. This affects a bunch of variables in the AI but in general makes them wetter and easier to stimulate when they’re ovulating.
Herms now show a notification in the main menu when they’re ovulating.
Herms can now become pregnant if you cum in their vagina while they are ovulating. They do not visibly show pregnancy due to a very difficult to resolve limitation in Besti 9, but they do produce offspring. (Feature request)
