Backported the improved submesh handler from Besti X. This has a significant improvement to GPU performance.

The lighting in Good Morning Cutie and Good Night Cutie has been improved.
New voice pack “Athletic” designed to fulfill one’s fantasies about getting with a pegasus who loves a good competition.
A couple new costume parts were added. Goggles that go on the eyes of the character, or goggles that go on top of the head. For the top of the head ones, a special hairstyle was added so it looks better, so it’s designed to work in combination with the new hairstyle.
